By accessing or using TimerBattle ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
TimerBattle is a precision timing game that offers various game modes including practice mode, local multiplayer, AI opponents, tournaments, and online multiplayer. The Game may be played on web browsers, iOS, and Android devices.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

TimerBattle offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional features. Payments are processed securely through different payment processors depending on your platform:

For EU/EEA Consumers: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However:
For EU card payments, we comply with PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication requirements. You may be required to verify your identity using 3D Secure or similar authentication methods during payment.
Mobile Platforms (iOS/Android): Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple or Google respectively, as they process all mobile transactions. We cannot issue refunds for mobile purchases. You can restore your purchases on mobile devices using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
Web: Due to the instant delivery of digital content, refunds are generally not available. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at our discretion.
All prices include applicable VAT/sales tax as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.
All content in the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of TimerBattle or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.
By submitting usernames, profile information, or other content to the Game, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Game.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMERBATTLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimerBattle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Game or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Game.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted in the Game. By continuing to use the Game after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
For users in the European Union and European Economic Area (including Poland):
